Joe Di Pompeo of Structural Workshop LLC will be presenting 'Building Material Decay: From Single Family to Condo Buildings'. Joe's presentation will review various types of deterioration, what to look for when inspecting, and how to determine when a structural engineering evaluation is required. Joe will touch on the impacts of decay on the structural integrity, with emphasis on the Surfside, Florida building collapse.

Cancellation Policy

It is the policy of NJ NACHI to provide a complete refund if a member registers for a meeting and is then unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. Since NJ NACHI is charged a fee for each refund, members are asked not to register until they are confident of their attendance. NJ NACHI reserves the right to change this policy for special events, and collect a processing fee from members who abuse this policy.
