Clarke Engineering, a building inspection and engineering company in Toronto, Canada. Mr. Clarke holds a Masters Degree in Structural & Foundation Engineering, is a licensed Professional Engineer, an ASHI Certified Inspector, a registered home inspector, and a Building Scientist Specialist. Mr. Clarke is past president of both the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors and the Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspectors.
